Summary
I’m a client-facing technical and product leader who cares about building smart things and making sure they move the business forward. I enjoy working with people, shaping teams, and rolling up my sleeves when needed. That mix helps me thrive in early-stage and high-impact roles, whether it’s starting from scratch or unblocking an existing product.
Now exploring new challenges and roles. I’m drawn to early-stage products where I can lay the foundation and help scale the team, ideally as a founding engineer. I’m also excited by opportunities in more mature teams where I can bring fresh perspective, remove bottlenecks, optimize processes, and support individual growth as a technical product manager, head of technical services, head of applied AI, engineering manager or CTO.
Highlights
Seemo
Apr’ 25 - July ‘25 (4 mos)
- I co-founded a travel app that offered ready-to-use city guides curated by locals and led the entire development effort from the ground up
- Early on, I helped define the core value proposition and validate the idea with potential users
- Once we had a direction, I fully developed both the mobile app (Flutter, Dart) and the backend service (Ktor, Kotlin). The app wasn’t basic. It included full auth and onboarding, interactive guide browsing and selection, and built-in navigation using Google Maps Directions API. It provided an end-to-end experience without needing any external apps
- After the first version didn’t gain enough traction, I quickly built and launched a second product from scratch in just a few weeks. This time it was a bot that let users save travel Reels to Seemo, where we’d parse the content and lay out all the mentioned spots on a map for easy reference
Toloka (prev. Yandex Toloka)
Mar ‘22 - Apr ‘25 (3 yrs, 2 mos)
- Went from Solution Engineer to Director of Service Delivery
- Always worked with the most important enterprise clients and on strategic projects, consistently showing high client satisfaction and delivering solid results. Personally and with the team brought in 8 big logos and a bunch of new teams and PoCs to the company’s portfolio
- Championed an internal product effort to boost delivery efficiency. Wore a product manager hat alongside my main role. Guided developers and designers directly to build an internal tool that cut solution-building time from a few days to a few hours, making Solution Engineers independent from the core tech team
- Played a key role in launching a new GenAI business stream. Started hands-on, found early wins solo, then introduced a new org structure with brand-new roles that helped us overachieve the initial goal by 3x
